There were about four Harry Potter actors that I noticed in the movie (Maybe we could call it Harry Potter and the Half Blood Nicholas?) :) Of course, the first Harry movie came out just before Nicholas Nickleby, but I wonder if some of the actors who appeared in the later Harry movies were chosen because of this movie?

Jim Broadbent/Mr. Squeers/Horace Slughorn
Hugh Mitchell/Boy Nicholas Nickleby/Colin Creevy
Timothy Spall/Charles Cheeryble/Peter Pettigrew
David Bradley/Bray/Argus Filch

of course, Sophie Thompson's sister, Emma is in Harry Potter, and a couple others like Juliet Stevenson and Alan Cumming would be perfect in them!

I had caught all of these but Colin Creevy!

If you take a good look at many films with English casts, you can find a few HP actors in them (six in Sense and Sensibility!). There just aren't as many actors over there, I guess (which is not to say that there isn't as much talent). It's fun to try to find them!
