the end? (spoilers)

I found this movie to be very delightful and charming with hilarious character acting (the bizarre office spy woman was my favorite) contrasting with the subtle dead-pan complexity and beauty of Carla. This is a movie I could watch over and over again (it'll be my pleasure to introduce it to my friends) but as of now i've only seen it once and I'm a little unclear about the ending.
Were Carla and Cesar going to get married and immigrate to the US? Had they already moved to Miami in the final scene? Did she miss out on her chance and were they talking about their future staying in Cuba?
It's not a huge deal to know what exactly happened at the end (maybe it was meant to be intentionally ambiguous?) since the whole movie worked anyways but maybe some info was lost in the translation from spanish to english.

No, through out the whole movie she is convinced the solution to her everyday boring existence and the hard economic situation in Cuba will be solved immigrating to US until she finds a reason to stay doing the letter thing at the post office and falling in love with Cesar who at the end convince her that she should stay and fight the way they have been doing because leaving to the States is like the "easy" solution. The final scene when her plane pass by, they both are at the waterfall hill of Hotel National, in front of Malecon sea walk in Havana, implying he convince her to stay and they are going to be happy together that way in Cuba.
