After Clear Rivers and Eugene Dix are killed by Eugene's room's oxygen combustion Dr. Kalarjian and a male orderly simply pass by them with the ECG machine, ignoring both character's corpses in the main foyer corridor. The single paramedic to arrive the scene moments later (to whom Kimberley claims the 'white van' ambulance from) tends to the recently deceased characters but does without any further assistance, also after Kimberley's new life offering out on the lake leading to her resuscitation (a fade out shot of the hospital's exterior is imminent) no fire trucks are parked in the lot.
