Sex causing stress to the heart

I can get over the fact that this movie had a bad performance by all 3 of the main female characters, the bad guy was blatantly obvious from the start, Paul Rodriguez character was a bitch, and it was never explained why, and Clint can't run or fight worth a crap anymore.

What I can't get over is that 60 days post-heart transplant, a woman would not only have him finding her sister's killer, but would put his life in jeopardy by sleeping with him.

Isn't that dangerous? She's Latin, and they KNOW how to get down. She had enourmous breasts, and many guys get excited just looking at those. And he already had the stress of the case, plus the stress in dealing with the fact that he saw the death of the woman whose heart he has inside him, as well as the child she left behind.

I think it might have been the stupidest part of the whole film. Why would she, if she really wanted him to find the killer, take that kind of chance with his heart and health?
