I was wondering where I could get this. It'd probably be impossible to buy but if there are scans up, please let me know...

I got a copy at a local comic shop a couple years ago. It's also on Amazon under it's English name, "Blue Spring" :

The manga is very different though it has the same characters and some common stories with the movie, I liked it a lot but I'm not sure it's for everyone
