I'd always thought that the narrator was Jacqueline Pillon, the voice of Matt. I think that was only because there's that moment where you hear "Can three cool kids and a wacky bird outsmart the Hacker?" and then you see a clip of Matt saying, "There's only 1 way to find out!" Because of that, I had always thought it was her.
