Where does this take place?

I know that the show takes place in North America, and that it's FILMED in Canada, but does it necessarily TAKE PLACE in Canada? I mean, is it actually SET in Canada in a Canadian neighborhood and school? OR does it take place in the United States of America (like in California)? If someone could please post an answer, I would appreciate it.

It is set in America, even though, yes, it is filmed in Canada. I guess America is supposed to be cooler, or whatever.

Yeah, in the first episode the teacher points to America on the map and Mark is looking at a picture of England on the map while she is talking.

You know Canada makes up MOST of North America, right? It's funny that the USA has taken over the word America when Canada takes up most of North America and then there's all of SOUTH America that's not the US. It's funny USAers have come to 'own' the word 'American' as if we have all of America when in fact we don't even have 50% of it.

It's probably or else these people who live in the 50% of the area has no name to call.

Man I miss this show. How I wish they can make season 3 of it... this show is so good... Probably because of the relationship between lady Illusion and Ace.

By the way, I'm from Hong Kong. Seriously.
