Sweet movie... but it earns it's sentiments and is not overly saccharine.

Because yes, it is a SWEET movie, presenting a non-sticky kind of love and hope in ways that aren't usually seen in Hollywood movies. Good performances, too, and it really does make me sad to see what Johnny Depp's been doing himself lately. He used to be very, very good.
I got the dvd when out at Goodwill. It is a really good movie.
