If they made this with real live humans

If they ever got the idea to shoot a real live movie of it, then who would you think could be used in the different parts ?

Well, looking at the tv-series Desperate Housewives, i actually think that Marcia Cross could be used as Frieda and this is why: They kinda look a like.
