The note at the end ruins it all.

What was the point of that second ending? Untill I saw that I thought this was a very well made horror flick but that cliche unthoughtful ambiguous bull *beep* sunk the rating by far. As for the movie ignoring that second ending after the credits, I really enjoyed it very believable and I think I've heard real stories of something like this of people who almost died, entering some unknown place.
