Is this EVER on HBO, Showtime, Starz, Cinemax etc? Ever???

I rented the DVD when it first came out, and have been wanting to see it again. I can only recall seeing it listed once when viewing my cable onscreen guide and that was several years ago.

I swear that two days ago I saw a brief glimpse of one scene during either an HBO, Showtime or Starz ad this week that showed dozens half-second glimpses of films appearing on their network "now", but I just checked and find it nowhere when I search for "Bobby" and IMDB.com does not even show it coming on any network at the moment.
