A Spike Lee Joint...

He made us wait though for the part where Monty would start talking smack about blacks in the scene where he rants about everyone and all cultures. I'm sure a lot of people were thinking just like me at that moment that Spike wouldn't have the balls to insult every culture and leave out precisely black culture, so i knew when he started to bash Pakistanis, Jews and gays that the last one would be about blacks. It was obvious.

I'm not saying he was wrong to do it, i'm just saying it would have been too shockingly blatant if he hadn't and everyone would have picked up on it. Given how it started, he had no choice but including them too; anything else would have been of bad taste, coming from a black director that is.


People who don't like their beliefs being laughed at shouldn't have such funny beliefs
