I work in the dvd industry in the UK and received today the BBC release schedule - it is out on dvd 11th August. At last ! I have been waiting so long for this, should be about £15.99. Has been cleared by the BBFC also, cert 15.

There has been a Dutch R2 DVD of this out for a while now, why was the UK so far behind?

Funny combatreview should mention 'Warriors' - I've only just this hour ordered the Dutch DVD of Warriors to go with my Dutch DVD of Crime & Punishment! I doubt they'll ever be available in Australia. What a shame.

Received my UK region 2 release this weekend - its great. Even has a commentary track and photo gallery. Can't wait to watch this again - Ian McDiarmid is fantastic as always!

Region 4 has been released (spotted it in the ABC shop the other day). There's a special features commentary as well.

As of Feb 2010, still no info on a region 1 DVD release. Anyone hear anything about if this is ever going to happen?
