i like the episode when he turns coal, a cat, and an old lady into a daimond

reply

I love that one! The one where he was trying to impress wendy....so classic.

"I roared. And I rampaged. And I got bloody satisfaction."

reply

My favorite is the one where he's a pirate...on wheels

reply

Awwwwh, yes. Crazy in Rio. I've often said that Conan could play the "bad guy."

reply

My fave was the one with Jon Cryer.

"Keep Cool my babies!"

reply

I love that one as well.

And either the first or second episode when Keith receives and envelope full of money.

Hangover 2 - 6/10
Shattered Glass - 9/10

I've just been reading through this thread and laughing my socks off remember the episodes.

Such a great series. I wish we had got just a few more episodes and maybe something to finish it off.

reply

it's a tie between the irish episode and the one where these twins are sharing jessica. ahaha! oooo, the hi-larious quotes..

"wow andy! i got the job! and check out these shoes, i got 'em from me leprachaun friends!"
::everyone starts doing jigs and irish music plays::

"mhmm, i LOVE sharing sweet pie with my brother..."
"you think the pie doesn't know, well the pie KNOWS! .....o, it's an actual pie...."

awwww, i miss this show dearly

reply

the pilot. It's the best pilot any tv series ever aired (I even thought it was better than the Seinfeld pilot, which is my favourite show!), and also one of the best ARCTU episoides.

I love the racist episode because when they go to the class where they have to learn how to stop be racist a guy comes in and starts saying all these racists things and Andy thinks to himself that he must be the teacher and that all the racist things the teacher is saying is a good way to start the class. But then the real teacher comes in and says that everyone should take their seats. I know it probably doesn't make any sense but if you watch the episode it's really funny. The first time I saw it I started laughing so much that I began to cry.

I'll make your grandmother suck eggs.

HOLY SHEEP is hilarious

i dont really remember what my favorite episode was, as its been a while since this show went off air(unfortunately), but i remember my favorite moment is when Andy thinks the janitor in his office is Hitler. I remember i could barely pay attention to the rest of the episode, due to my incessant laughter.

reply

Sweet crusted son of God!

reply

I can't remember which episode but when Andy boxes the Kangaroo its just hilarious this show should come back but as Andy did I know that we all have to move on because the likeliness of this show returning is slim to none.

reply

Well, my favorite episode is when Andy finally gets to move in on Wendy now that Keith is running busy. Andy and Wendy go out to the sound of music revival and wendy sends a wrong signal by kissing him on the lips. The term that I love hearing is the "slappity-slap-slap, boogity-boom-boom" kiss. Wow! I wish I could use that term.

Andy: "It was just a kiss, isn't it?"

Jessica: "Okay, first of all, sounds to me like it was just a 'good night' kiss, not a 'slappity-slap-slap, boogity-boom-boom' kiss."

I don't know how the writers came up with that, but I think that it was pretty witty. i love this show!

reply

I can vaguely remember this but the best episode is when Andy gets two TV's in his room. There's one ahead and one on his side and not having a tv on his other side makes him want to turn over to that side even though he can't.

reply

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned the Cat-In-The-Ceiling episodes. Or the one where Andy collects Jessica's nephew and Brings-Home-The-Wrong-Boy!

Those episodes have some of the funniest moments I have ever seen.

reply

The episode where Andy tells a a caged cat on his desk to stop meowing. I think it was: "Stop complaining. John McCain spent seven years in a cage smaller than that."

reply

i think the pilot just because the line

"well, it is the windy city!"

I agree wackwill00, that was the best episode hands down.

reply

Most all the episodes had not only great writing, but the way they were delivered was just impeccable. The hitler set up was great:

Andy: "What, do you think when hitler comes back, he's just going to goosestep here in uniform?"

Byron: "I'm sorry...*when* hitler comes back?"

his deadpan delivery of that was just perfect.

But Keith has to be my favorite character...he has so many great lines.

In the 'Twins' episode (my favorite), when he's talking about how Ben and his twin want him to hang out and make fun of the 'less handsome' then he says 'but I won't play' and then he puts an arm around Byron....or the Conan episode, where Andy has the leopard, and he says 'if I didn't know how Bernice would turn out, I'd kick your ass'.

Another great one has to be the sensitivity training seminar, where Jessica walks in with coffee, Andy says 'I didn't see any coffee' to which she throws it in his face, he starts screaming, and she coldly says 'do you see it now? it's working, you're suddenly more sensitive!'

So many great lines, such a tragic loss that this show isn't on anymore.

i haven't seen this a long time, but there was this one episode where andy and his co-worker share a hotel room. and the next morning andy is in bed with him. andy then goes to great lengths to prove he's not gay by saying the only reason he ended up in the guy's bed is b/c the other guy's bed was the same distance from the bathroom as Andy's bed at home. Andy just claimed he made a mistake while he was half-asleep.

Conan and Andy are the best together. And Conan is such an amazing actor! I can't wait for Andy Barker, P.I.!!!

Every single episode was amazingly fresh and creative. My personal favorite is the one with Conan ("Crazy in Rio").

And BTW, never dispute the fact that the universe wants Dr. Tobias Fünke to be an actor.
