A weapon´s factory?!!

It irritates me that Andy and his friends work in the production of weapons and apparently have no moral problems with that.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you're not trolling. Andy and his friends work on the manuals for a large corporation [most likely an engineering company] not a weapons company. Besides even if they did I don' think this show had the chance nor the desire to dive into a moral dilemma like that.

The company they worked for definitely made weapons. They made plenty of other things, too...but there were multiple bits of dialogue on the show about the company making weapons.

Re: the OP's complaint - The writers of the show definitely didn't want us to like the company, and they definitely didn't want us to think that Andy and his friends were doing a morally upright thing by working there.

Part of the humor of the show was how the employees of the company treated their jobs as being completely mundane, even though a lot of their time was spent on creating and marketing deadly weapons.

Better Off Ted, which was also created by Victor Fresco, was also set at a major company that created lots of deadly products. And that show was even more focused on showing the audience how evil the company was.
