'Better Off Ted' Protoype?

Better Off Ted is one of my favorite sitcoms of all time, and I loved Andy Richter in Andy Barker, P.I., but I'd never seen this show!

I can really see the lineage from ARCTU to BOT: Drones toiling in a huge soulless conglomerate, etc.
And there's Phil (but no Lem, dammit)!
