I loved the movie, clever and really good plot without the big bangs and effects that nowadays movies have.

One think that i don't understand is how the FBI agent realized the ATM scene...They haven't watch any of that footage from the ATM camera and just as he was looking at the bank he realized that Parker has used the ATM seconds before the burglary ?!? how did he know to search there at the first place ??

All I can figure is that he was a new, young, and an aggressive person (wanting to make a great impression on his first real case out of the academy) and through his learning, he wanted to visit the scene of the robbery. That entailed seeing where the electric power went out and that an ATM machine was right underneath it. Since the bank robber left no prints, clues, and was very sophisticated, he happened to check, just by chance, the ATM machine which was located right there. He must have thought since the ATM in that location, maybe another person might have witnessed the robbery. I don't know, best I could come up with?

Its standard procedure to check all cameras in the vicinity to look for clues. He didnt check the ATM machines camera. When he realised he overlooked that one he didnt check it because he thought he would find Parker on it, he checked it to try find another clue, any clue, and boy did he find something :)
