Missing video of 'The end is the beginning is the end' + Pink Floyd ref.

I wonder why the video for "The End is the Beginning is the End" is missing from this otherwise excellent DVD. Does it have something to do with the fact that Billy composed that song and The Smashing Pumpkins played it for the Batman & Robin movie soundtrack, and they couldn't get the copyright to include it? It's a pretty good video and a good track by the Pumpkins, so I think it deserved to be included.

For people who are also Pink Floyd fans such as myself - the soon to be released PULSE DVD will include the footage of the award ceremony in 1996 when Billy Corgan inducted Pink Floyd into the Rock & Roll hall of fame. Billy plays "Wish you were here" with David Gilmour and Richard Wright on that extra. The PULSE DVD will be a 2-DVD set with incredible extras - not just a DVD version of the VHS released back in 1994.

So there is a connection between Pink Floyd & The Smashing Pumpkins - the two greatest bands ever.

Warner Bros. owns the rights to the TEITBITE video, as it was created to promote "Batman & Robin" and it includes footage from the film.
The video is available on the new DVD of the Batman film. I know, the movie sucks, but I went ahead and bought the 8-disc box with all the Burton and Schumacher films - in part, for the Pumpkins video.
Looking forward to the Pulse DVD as well - I have a crappy Quicktime of the Wish You Were Here duet, but I'd love to see it in full NTSC.

Yeah, I have this video as an mpeg. Poor quality so maybe I'll get the DVD just to get the video as you did - it's a great video, I love Billy's expressions on it.

I have the 1996 WYWH R&R Hall Of Fame as an mpeg as well and it's crappy quality and doesn't include the speech, and is cut off short, so I'm really looking forward to the PULSE DVD (and not only because of that.) Got it on pre-order on amazon, unfortunately the release date was pushed back twice already - was supposed to come out on 12/06/05 but now it's 01/16/06.... Well, it should be worth the wait.

Best regards,

Jussi
