does anyone know who the d'arcy wretzky look-alike teenage girl with really white blonde hair is int he video 1979? and why she didn't appear in the perfect sequel video with the rest of the kids? thanks

i don't know if this is right, but the girl kinda looks like Kristen Bell, the chick from Veronica mars, but i'm not sure. it could possibly be her because in on the dvd, the directors state that they wanted teenagers who were actually 15-16ish, so the time does line up, but i dunno.
