Does anyone know the name of th song that begins after the narrator?

It's "Burzum" - "Den Onde Kysten" from the album "Det som engang var".

And how about the song that plays while the narrator speaks in the intro, the children's voice?

The name of the song is Martha's Lament composed by Pino Donaggio from the end titles of 1986 film "Crawlspace".
