I hate it a lot. It's got bad animation, ugly characters, ugly backgrounds, bad special effects, annoying as hell music and voices (oh god the voices...), cliche as hell characters, too much damn screaming and grunting, terrible dialogue, and a worthless plot. I can't hardly stand it when this show comes on... Anyone else?

I agree 100%. With all this lackluster anime shows, they have a group of 15-20 voice actors to just swap from show to show. The same lead guy is the voice for every *beep* anime. Every bad guy has the same voice. They throw cuss words around just to up the "Adult" rating when they just come off so poorly. I think I would enjoy this show a lot more if I watch it with subtitles.
I've never gotten into this show and I think it's a waste of an Adult Swim filler.
The dialogue sure could have been better, but as far as the animation quality goes i can name at least 5-10 other well known series who's quality sucks more, and this isn't my fav series. But I have seen MUCH worse. So give it a freakin rest.

shareLMFAO. I love you kfpxcs. But anyway..it IS much better in japanese. The english subbed is horrible..i mean horrible. That's why i stopped watching the adult-swim one and stuck to the jap one..makes much more sense.

I agree 100% that it is better in japanese. The dubs are the only negative part of the show IMO.

Every time I watch this show I laugh so hard I can't breathe. Because I just can't take it seriously. The funniest part is the screaming and grunting, in my opinion. This show isn't the kind of stuff I watch, but it's still really funny to see the people screaming and grunting. Buuut... Nothing gets worse than Inuyasha. (except Dragon Ball Z haha)

sharelol yea i saw that. That was the worst part of the show in my opinion..too exaggerated. It was kinda bareable in that jap one..he said "What are you doing? It's okay to cry at a time like this." Then he went screaming and yelling. But all in all..we gotta admit..we all love this show lol. Whether for comedy or for the "Drastic my Soul" song.
sharei dont hate this show but cmon everyone has to admit its pretty much anime in a nutshell giant robots distand future characters with super powers blah blah blah its like they tried to put everything good about anime in one show but failed at it like what the hell is alter? ive seen other shows that have pretty much the same thing but those ones actually explain it so you actually feel like it makes sense idk call me old fashion but anime is using way too much computer animation these days which in my opinion ruins the point whch is amazing visual quality that makes every single frame a peice of art work.
oh and by the way for all the people that like the show that are upset with others negative comments these boards are here to express opinions if u wanna complain about ppl's negative responses than go to a fan site or a fan board.
