Is there such a place as Eden (I'm assuming there is from the highway sign)? If so, where is it? Where were the college scenes filmed? Does anyone have information about the true story about upon which the film is based? Send info to [email protected] Thank you.

That might be what it elludes to, as both Jerry and others involved are from Danville, VA which is not far from Eden.
Thanks for the information. When I got out my Rand McNally Road Atlas, I easily located Eden, North Carolina. Since the people involved in the making of the film are from Danville, VA, it's probable they photographed the highway exit sign to Eden in North Carolina. If you are from the area, you might well recognize the highway exit. I rented the film (DVD) from my local Blockbuster, so it's readily available. If, after you see it, you recognize the college it was filmed at, post that info. If you know Jerry, the writer, perhaps he could tell you the real-life basis for the story, and you--or Jerry--could post that. Thanks again.
shareWell, just by checking the titles (I know they're long and boring, but sometimes you learn stuff ;) ) - the authors thank to Piedmont community college. I found two with google - one is in NC and the other one in VA, pack your stuff and hit the roads and check them for yourself, 'coz their websites have no images of the campuses (at least I didn't find any) ;D
shareone more thing reveiled by the titles is "The persons and events in this motion picture are fictitious. Any similarity to actual persons or events is unintentional". That's about all to the "real-life" story :) sorry guys

Yes, I believe the movie was filmed in Eden, North Carolina because I'm from North Carolina. In the beginning of the movie because I heard something about "Outer Bank" which locates northeast side of North Carolina.
