is this the same movie as "how to lose a guy in 10 days"?

sure looks like it! from the cast (both feature bebe and kate) to the candy colored fashions, the trailer for "le divorce" is virtually indistinguishable from that for "how to lose a guy..." in any case, kate is enough to keep me far away from any movie.
