Question about the sort-of end of the film Spoiler Alert

Spoilers ahead, you're warned.

When Charles Henri is found in the dumpster near Roxy's apartment, why is he there? Did he go there for some reason, or did Tellman bring him there after he killed him, like a cat brings the mouse he killed to his owner?

Thoughts?

I think he was probably there to visit his daughter.

Except his daughter wasn't there, she was out with Isabel and her other family members touring Paris and the Eiffel Tower. Roxie didn't even know why he was there. I think Tellman tossed him there.

Tellman was probably stalking him and followed him there. He knew that was his family home, and they guy had the kid and the dispute over the contents of the apartment, so of course he would turn up there at some point.

He was following Roxie all over the place too, even though he knew where she lived.
