Thanks to Sirengarg,I've seen the dubbed version of this anime and it is pretty touching,even though it is a short film. Anyway I had no idea that it was Karen Prell doing the voice of young Chirin in the dub. I'm usually more familar with her being a puppeter,especially since she's become well known performing and doing the voice of Red Fraggle on Fraggle Rock.
