Is this title widely available on DVD?

I watched a copy rented from a local video store, but only because it's not available on Netflix -- which I find really odd. I'm new to Netflix, so I don't have a great handle on what they do/don't have, but I thought this would be there considering it's for sale on Amazon and in my neighborhood Hollywood Video...

Well, I purchased it quite easily here in Germany. The film is distributed here by a studio called 'Rapid Eye dvd', a great indie distributor that releases all their titles in digipak format which includes a fold-out movie poster. Try German ebay if you are looking to buy this. It is a strange, but good film that deserves more than one viewing, and actress Chloe Winkel is gorgeous in this!
