I bought a copy over a year ago, and I have put in in my player a few times. It has some cute extras, as well as an inventive main menu. But when I try to watch the film I have to shut it off. I guess it is because I attended a few single's wards over the years and the memories still haunt me. It just was so unnatural and painful at times, and the social atmosphere not conducive to worship during much of the time.

I loved the few precious months I was in a Singles Ward. What a wonderful time in my life. Nothing better. You do need to have a great sense of humor and a strong personal relationship with Jesus though.

The film was actually more painful than I had thought from just watching the beginning. I cannot relate with any of the characters even though I have met people just like them in actual singles wards. The main female character is a real PAIN ! Can you imagine actually being married to somebody like this one ?
