Greatest comedy ever. If you have something against this movie then it's your own *beep* problem. Stop watching comedies if you have no sense of humor. "DUH, DIS WAZ NOT FUNNI!" - I laughed my ass off and if you didn't that's really sad. Sucks for you tho. Blame yourself not the movie.

dude, good for you, for posting this. I was totally caught off guard by how incredibly, unbelievably funny this movie is.
I don't think people can really mentally process the idea that a movie called "Scary Movie 3" can actually be funnier than classics like "The Jerk," "Stripes," or "Animal House," but seriously, I think it might be.
Every time I catch my breath and manage to stop laughing for a few seconds, some other hilarious thing will happen and I start rolling on the floor laughing again. I love the way they always stop and look like they're trying to puzzle out the logic of various nonsensical things that other characters say.
I would say that most of the Monty Python movies are probably funnier than this, but this movie is ten times funnier than LOTS of stupid movies that try to pass themselves off as comedy.

It was by far my favourite of all Scary Movies and spoof movies in general.
I disagree with the comment that it wasn't a laugh-all-day movie. First of all, those movies are extremely rare anyway and SM3 was definitely a laugh all day movie for me.
I disagree with the OP too. Even though it was hilarious, everyone has different tastes.
I still think it deserves a higher rating though. I blame the people who go into watching these movies knowing that they will hate it...

I was also surprised at the low rating of this movie... I gave it a 10 (as with Hot Shots! Airplane! and others).
But each to their own.
I've said it before, and I'll say it again: I totally agree. This movie is one of the funniest I have ever seen in my entire life.
