Voiceovers?

How come in both Rocky & Rocky:Legends they don't get the actual actors to do the voices for the main characters? I mean you see all these other A-list actors take the time to do the voices for their characters in movie-based video games. Plus all those guys(Lundgren,T,Weathers,Morrison and Stallone) are all yesterday.
