Help. Name of a guy.

Ok.. Its right before Steve martin goes to get the clothes to get to the club in the end. Latifa is at the old lady's house and punching out a white guy who sucks up to the old lady. I swear ive seen him before somwhere but i cant figure out his name. Can anyone help me ?
