Are the testimonials real people?

In the movie, they have testimonials of elderly men with their full names and their job titles. I didn't see them listed in the imdb cast. Are these men real or are they actors?

Watching it now, guess you are to.

I would say they're real men who were interviewed for the film.

Just like in "Up in the Air", those were real laid off workers in nice 3 point lighting.
