who is woman in end credits with Bernie Mac?

there is a woman in the end credits, a take out scene, who makes a remark to Bernie..who is that?

Yeah, I think it's Melissa. She had a bit part in the first one.

You can see Melissa standing on the other side of the crime scene tape as they are walking up to the house. I assume she had a bit part and it got cut.
