EDIT - I was lucky enough to find a download link of the song in question, ripped from the movie (you can hear a few sounds from the scene, but the quality is still good).

It's the one called "OST Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle – gone". Still no idea of who's the artist, or if it's from the official score, nor if "Gone" is the actual title, but I'm very glad I have it now.
Is it just me or it rather sounds like something made by William Orbit...? Who interestingly produced Pink's "Feel Good Time", which is used in this movie. Hmm.
