Is this film not available in NTSC?

I have periodically checked all the copies of agitator on ebay and all of them are PAL formatted meaning they will not work on american DVD players ("no duh" I know). Does anyone know if there is an NTSC formatted copy of it or where I can purchase an NTSC copy of Agitator, either version?

Instead of a hitlist, I have a Do NOt Kill List . . . . . so far no one is on it.

Believe it or not there is no such thing as a mono-regional DVD player. There will be a way of making your player multi-regional, you just have to find out how to do it.
