Can someone please tell me if it is Takashi Miike or Miike Takashi? I have seen many uses of both, and I have to say I'm a bit confused. Maybe in Japan they put their last name first? Can someone help me out? Also, is Miike pronounced 'Mike' or 'Mikey'?

His first name is Takashi, and his surname is Miike. I believe in Japan they usually say the surname first but in the UK and USA we say the surname last. So "Takashi Miike" is his name in the order that we are used to it, whereas in Japan they'd say "Miike Takashi."
Also, I pronounce his surname "Mee kay." Nobody has ever corrected me for it, and people I talk to also pronounce it this way. Somebody fix me if I am wrong!
Yeah, it is pronounced "Mee-keh"
not so much of the "y" sound at the end, a clearer cut....
and in Japan they say Miike Takeshi.
