I did not understand what was going on in this film

I watched rainy dog recently which was amazing but I was very confused during this one. We had to turn it off and why is the picture quality so bad for a 2001 film? Disappointing.

I actually feel the same way, there were way too many characters and agreed about the picture it looked like a VHS rip!

Definitely not Miike's best!
