I'm confused...
I just watched the last hour this movie on Sundance and I was wondering where exactly James is when he is working for the Jewish family... Is he already in Israel?

He landed at Ben Gurion Airport and remained in Tel Aviv until the end, so yes, he was already in Israel, but Jerusalem is located in the West Bank, which as of right now is not considered by the international community as a part of Israel.
He was in Israel and did not travel to the West Bank until the very end.
The sad irony is, he could have jumped onto a bus or into a taxi or hopped a light rail train at Ben Gurion and arrived in Jerusalem after only an hour.
Only part of Jersualem is on the West Bank.
