Why is this show rated 18+...?

I can get rating it 14A, but seriously? "Drawn Together" is 10x worse and it's only rated 14A. This show has boob, sex, a few swears, and underage drinking JOKES (with no real nudity or sex), but most of the actual humour is intelligent. I don't get it.
