Does anyone know if there is a way to get this game to work on newer computer systems? Each time I put the disc in, instead of an autoload, I get the classic message, "Trespasser has encountered a problem....Send Error Report...Don't send...etc." I really like this game and would love to play it again...is there anyway, or might I have to find an older computer to make this game work?
shareMaybe it's a little bit late, but I just wanted to say that I don't have any problems with playing Trespasser on my PC (Windows Vista Business x86).
shareI don't know if you are still around but you need to run it in Windows 98 compatibility mode. Right click on Setup95.exe (you need to "Explore" the CD to find it in the setup folder) and click properties. Go to the compatibility tab and set it there. Then you can install. You may have to do this with the Trespasser.exe file in the C:\Program Files\Dreamworks Interactive\Trespasser folder.
