HELP ME!!!

I'm only guessign where you are right now. You mean where the zombie type thing breaks out of the tube? You ARE NOT meant to kill it. This automatically triggers those spinny bug things. Instead, run from the zombie (it's so slow it wont do much harm anyway...it kinda keeps running with its arms in the air until it realises you're no longer there) and go up the stairs at the side (not the ones with the door.) Run until you get to a pipe overhead. Jump and grab it then shimmy to the hangy thing in the middle of the room. Turn the pipes (watch out with the second one, it's a hard jump.) Once both ahve been turned, you should see a cutscene of the tube the zombie popped out of opening. Once youve done that DO NOT climb down the ladder (the drop is too far and youll lose a lot of health.) Instead, go back to the pipe you climbed over on and shimmy back, then run down the stairs again where the zombie should be moseying about. Jump down the tube that the zombie popped out of (which should now have an open hole where you can enter and go to the next part of the level) Happy raiding dude. :-)
