Well, here in Italy it would take years, so I'm asking if there is a dvd release of this movie in the U.S. or in U.K.

Where is the DVD?

There is a UK release-- it comes as a 2 dvd set with Ten Mintues Older: The Cello. You can get it off amazon.co.uk, or even ebay (which is where I got my copy from).
