I think out of all the ones I have seen, Bundy (2002), Bundy: An American Icon (2008), and The Riverman (2004), The Riverman is the best of the bunch.

This movie was boring, there's five other serial killers that inspired silence of the lambs, mainly Ed Gein, Bundy wasn't the only one.
