On the second level (also in the demo), when you meet up with Bidwell in the trenches, someone says something like "What did I miss?" to him. Is that Kane speaking? Does he speak elsewhere during the game?

No, it's Morris. If you listen to the voice, you can tell it's Morris. But on the screen where it says "Press A To Start" if you just keep waiting there a cutscene starts where you hear a guy saying "I hear their voices in my sleep" and a bunch of other s hit. Towards the end you can tell it's Kane speaking. It sucks that he dosen't speak in game though.

"Press A to Start" sounds like an Xbox (or NES for all I know) instruction, I have it on PC, so maybe I don't have that. But you reminded me of the trailer where Kane narrates, but I figured that doesn't really count...
