The song is called "Catch me" by Serge Côté. I've been trying to find this song everywhere, and there is no soundtrack for it. I can't find any information on Serge Côté anywhere.

Serge Cote is the composer of the entire soundtrack including that song, "Catch Me When I'm Falling". He's with a company in Ottawa, Canada called Atomic Productions (www.atomicproductions.com). The soundtrack was never released.
