PERFECT DARK MOVIE?

anybody think a movie on perfect dark would be kool?
and im talking about the original story line from 2000.

if i could i would like to direct this film with these components.

Scarlett Johanson as Johanna Dark or 2nd choice of Keira Knightley
adapted story line from 2000 version
James Cameron Adapting Screenplay
Steve Jabolosky composer scored Transformers
visual effects by I.L.M
Dion Beebe director of photography "Collateral/Miami Vice"
Sid Mead Conceptual Artist "Aliens"

any thoughts?

If they do then it should be CGI so they can capture the character's perfectly, live action would just ruin it!

If it was live action, then Joanna should be played by the model who did her FHM spread in 05 I beleive.
