I find that there is a strong lack of onscreen Asian Male/White Female, or any other non-Asian female pairings in movies. If the woman is Asian, she is almost guaranteed to be "conquered" by the White man! As an Asian male, I feel that more movies like this should be made. It gives us Asian men a chance!

I agree. I am a half-Aisan male with a fondness for white females. The only other movie I can think of where there was Asian guy/White female was Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story.

Actually, it is not that uncommon in real life, especially in Newcastle, England, where you see black women with yellow men and white women with yellow men, yellow men with yellow men, yellow men with black men, yellow men with white men.
As it is the 21st Century I think a lot of people have realized that anti-miscegenation is backwards and ''immoral''.

I completely agree...Asian guys are rarely shown on screen as anything other than bussinessmen, nerds, ass kickers, or annoying rice rocketeers. And also mentioned before, The Lover, a particular favorite of mine, very sensual. Also The Crow & a short lived series The Crow: Stairway to Heaven w/Mark Dacascos & Sabine Karsenti. Definitely would like to see more Asian male/white female couples in movies/tv.

Are you trying to imply that asian women are somehow inadequate for you? I mean, I'm a white guy (well, Jewish), and I've dated various different ethnicities. I never really saw any one say different than any other. I've never had any agenda of "crossing one off the list" or anything.
However, white males have asian girlfriends in films because of the negative stereotypes about Asian women as submissive and exotic. It's a fairly racist reasoning when it gets down to it. If you'll note, a black man can never date a white woman either. But then, you also rarely see a white man with a black woman in movies. It's really silly if you ask me.
