I can't remember. After this movie does Harry ever see his Aunt,uncle and cousin ever again after he leaves them? I wouldn't wanna go back either.

Yes. As explained in the books, Harry HAS to go back every year as it is considered 'Home' - and as long as he has a home, he is protected.

Unfortunately, I don't think the reason why is actually explained in the movies, that being it is Petunia, her blood being the same as her sister's that keeps Lily's sacrifice alive to protect Harry as long as she gives him a home.
