Someone from this movie is on my street

Random question here... Just past by a house on my parents road here in Little Rock Arkansas and they are filming a movie called And Then There Was Joe. One of the extras told me that the main guy in the noir was also in Drum Line. Anyone know who and has anyone heard about this movie?
