Am I crazy, or does this look like yet another remake?

It's only been a year since the last one! They can not be serious, surely!
Okay, some of the character names are different, but it's the exact same plot with the exact same title!
I was shocked too, but I looked a bit deeper. Because the film has a budget of $50,000 and the director was born in 2001 (only 15, apparently), I'm going to guess that this is a fan project with no relation or correlation to the actual franchise, and it probably wont ever get made.

Well, it's pretty easy to do it actually. To put a movie on IMDb, all you need to do is submit a form with proof of them films existence (which can literally be a single picture or even a Facebook page with nothing on it) and there you go, you're done. I'll admit that I did it with some of my early films, some of which were never even finished and I claimed one had like Bruce Campbell in it or something, and it got right past IMDb.
