In Blockbuster (UK) this film is using the title 'Halloween Camp' and gets to sit next to 'Halloween' 25th anniversary edition and 'Halloween Resurrection' and regualarly rents to people who think that it is part of the series. If they read the cover box they'd know different but they don't so they complain.
